Creativity-Ability
Creativity-Ability explores creative practice, facilitation, and the development of artistic practices within progressive art studios.
Grounded in practice, research, and writing, the work considers the facilitation of creativity: how creative practices develop, how discovery can be supported without determining its outcome, and what the studio can teach us about creativity as a way of knowing.

What C-A Makes Possible
Creativity-Ability helps organizations:
-
recognize creative development as it happens;
-
develop a shared language for discussing creative practice;
-
make more intentional decisions about when to offer direction, introduce possibility, or allow more time;
-
identify opportunities for growth without prescribing outcomes;
-
cultivate sustained, ambitious artistic practices.
The work strengthens an organization’s ability to understand what is happening within creative practice and respond in ways that create further possibilities.
