Building Inclusive Art Programs That Last

For over 20 years, I have focused on building, establishing, and improving art programs that support the creative and expressive growth of individuals with developmental disabilities. My work is driven by the belief that creativity is a powerful tool for communication, confidence, and connection—especially for those often underserved by traditional education and social systems.

From leading studio programs in the U.S. to conducting Fulbright-funded research in Eastern Europe, I have helped organizations develop sustainable, inclusive art programs that go beyond one-time projects. Whether designing new initiatives, refining existing programs, or training staff in creative facilitation, my approach ensures that art spaces remain engaging, adaptive, and accessible.

I collaborate with arts organizations, schools, and nonprofits to establish lasting frameworks that foster participation, self-expression, and personal growth. My focus is on strengthening the foundation of creative programs so they can evolve and thrive long-term.

If you are looking to build or enhance an art program that prioritizes inclusivity, engagement, and meaningful creative experiences, I’d love to work together. Let’s create something that lasts.
