Forget the Destination—Focus on the Direction.

A successful facilitator of creativity doesn’t impose a predetermined outcome. Instead, they create space for exploration, curiosity, and self-discovery.

The goal isn’t to lead someone to a fixed destination but to guide them in developing their own path—one that makes sense to them. This requires trust, flexibility, and the ability to respond in the moment rather than steering toward a specific, predefined result.

When we let go of control and embrace the process, we foster deeper engagement, originality, and ownership in those we support. Creativity isn’t about arriving; it’s about moving, discovering, and evolving.
